Step 1: Register your kit:

Before sending the sample, it is necessary to register your kit in your myGENetiks account. To begin, go to "myGENetiks/my.account" and register your Kit.

Step 2: Sample received at myGENetiks (1-2 weeks)

Once your sample is received, we will begin processing it. This step includes visual sample inspection time, DNA extraction, and DNA amplification of the sample.

* If the sample does not produce sufficient amounts of DNA, this step can be repeated.

Step 3: DNA analysis (2-3 weeks)

It refers to the process of sequencing your DNA in our laboratories. When finished, the generated data will go through another review to ensure they meet our quality standards.

* If your sample does not meet our quality standards, this step can be repeated.

Step 4: Data Processing (1-2 weeks)

After obtaining the results of your DNA sequencing, myGENetiks will process your data to obtain your main information.

Step 5: Results:

Once your results are complete, the data will be put into your myGENetiks account. You will receive an email once your results are available.
